this is safe to eat, right??

I had some frozen BBQ pork chops in my freezer (fully cooked). I pulled them out yesterday for supper. I put them in the oven (frozen). They had been in the oven for about 20 minutes when my husband comes home and proudly announces that I don't have to cook supper tonight because we have been invited to a friend's house for supper.


So I quicky pulled the meat out of the oven and let it set out to cool. Right before we left for supper, I put it in the refridgerator.


What I want to know, is this safe for us to eat for lunch tomorrow?
