milovany
Try pouring lots of boiling water on it. Works on fruit juice stains that aren't too old.
HLDoll
I second boiling water. I've gotten rid of wine stains by putting the item over a colander and pouring boiling water slowly brought the stain.
plansrme
There is something called "red stain remover" that will take it out. I have had mine for so long that I do not remember where it came from, but probably Home Depot or something similar. Also, I once used OxiClean to get a huge red stain out of an upholstered dining room chair.
Twigs
I have never had any trouble getting Popsicle stains out - I just wash as normal.
TXBeth
Boiling water, especially if it is a fruit-only Popsicle and is a fresh spill. It doesn't always work if the pop has a lot of sugar or corn syrup in it or if it has already been washed.
