Find a tasty gluten/nut-free cookie that you like (These ones from GF on a Shoestring are very tasty http://glutenfreeonashoestring.com/nilla-wafers/ ) , put the cookies in a blender and mix in just enough melted butter to hold it together. We use the crust from this recipe http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/gluten-free-cream-cheese-pumpkin-pie/6c59f35c-2e67-4cdd-a6a6-20601e071fd0 I use dairy free margarine and it works fine. A nice shortbread cookie would work great too. That sounds good, too. I wanted to do my usual shortbread but I just couldn't find a good GF/NF one. I tried one last night that tasted like cardboard.
