HollyDay
I would like to track my current activity level and perhaps find ways to increase my fitness through activities of daily living. What is a good, and fairly inexpensive pedometer??
LeslieAnneLevine
My son has been using this one for over 6 months (a few times per week) and we've had no problems with it so far.
Mrs_JWM
If you have a smart phone, there are lots of free apps. I have one and I love it!
Pawz4me
Omron is generally considered a very good brand. Forget about the really inexpensive ones--they aren't anywhere near accurate.
three4me
I :001_wub: my fitbit Zip. It tracks my steps and charts it all for me. All I have to do is log into my account on my laptop or smartphone and see what I've done. It's strangely super motivating to be more active. When I haven't been moving much I get a little :tongue_smilie: icon and when I'm really active I see a :w00t: . Strange how that little guy motivates me! But he does!
