Rasa
Any recommendations? I am looking for explorations in the physical world (pencil and paper are fine; computer isn't.) Many thanks in advance!

TraceyS/FL
Well, I don't know if it is Miquon like, but Right Start Geometry is hands on. http://rightstartmath.com/home-school/rightstart-mathematics-level-g-starter-kit Learn intermediate mathematics hands-on and visually through geometry. With a tool set consisting of a drawing board, T-square, triangles, compass, and goniometer, the child explores triangles, area, volume, ratios, Pythagorean theorem, tiling, and other geometry concepts. New concepts are taught while practicing arithmetic, fractions, and decimals. Student works independently.

Farrar
There are a couple of books that are more in depth activities for using the c-rods for area and perimeter and some other geometry topics.
Berley
I haven't used Miquon, but Patty Paper Geometry is incredible and very hands-on. I used it this year with my fifth grader to put off Algebra a bit and plan to do it for middle school students at our co-op next school year.
