One of my girls distracted me with something school related and I forgot that the chicken was in the microwave. It sat in there thawed and unattended for no more than 30 minutes. Still safe or no? I should have told everyone that I'm the nutso food safety girl who throws everything away if there's so much of a shred of doubt about anything food safety related.
