helena
My new favorite thing to do is find killer sales with free shipping and returns, in my pjs, eating snacks, in the middle of the night. :) I'm looking for clothes, home goods, beauty supplies, homeschooling, etc. So far I've been shopping at Nordstroms, Fossil, Lucky Brand, LLBean, and Zara. What else is out there? :bigear:
Rebecca VA
I'm assuming you mean that items can be returned easily, not that the vendor pays return postage. Lands' End, Williams-Sonoma, J. Crew, and Athleta (ladies' yoga and everyday clothing -- nice stuff). Actually, almost every vendor has free shipping at least sometimes. That's why I sign up for e-mails from every vendor I might want to use in the foreseeable future. You just never know when they're going to have free shipping specials. MFA323
Land's End is great. They often have free shipping deals and offers for X% off a single item in their subscriber emails. You can return things to Sears. It's a bit of trouble, but you don't have to pay return shipping if you want to order a few to try on or if something just doesn't work. Zappos has a lot more than shoes now. They have quick, free shipping and free (postage paid by them) returns.
J-rap
Zappos, Bloomingdales and Nordstroms are the only ones I know of that offer free shipping AND returns all the time, but I'm sure there are others! I know lots of them have free shipping over $50, but not necessarily free returns.

Dahliarw
A little known secret about lands end returns in store - if you return something, with your receipt same day you get 10% off any in-store lands end purchase, even on top of sales and clearance prices! briansmama
I use Amazon prime pretty much every other day. Costco is great for home furnishings and electronics, etc. We've ordered a digital piano and a patio set with free shipping online in the last month. I love Victoria's Secret for sweaters/leggings on sale as well as the obvious. They have great sales where you get free shipping and a significant amount off your order with codes, which are always available. Lululemon is great for quality yoga clothes that last forever (free shipping on every order, free return shipping as well, I believe). Vitacost is good for supplements/vitamins, toiletries, and even teas and GF pantry staples. Free shipping on orders over $50 I think. Overstock is another place I'll check for free shipping on household items (we've ordered area rugs, chairs, etc).
Forget-Me-Not
Amazon Prime doesn't offer free returns on most items though. They'll deduct shipping from the refund unless the item is defective or they made some kind of error. Or do you just mean no-hassle returns? TravelingChris
Well I have had two things that Amazon shipped me free ( i have Prime) and in one case, the quick look showed pages that weren't in the actual book and were the reason I was ordering that book and in the other case, my dh received a two cd album with only one cd. Both times, Amazon told me to keep the item and they would refund the money. They did.
Rbsmrter
6pm.com has some good deal on shoes and they do offer free shipping but I'm not sure about returns. I had to return a pair of defective shoes and they paid for the return but I'm not sure if it would be covered if you just didnt like something. tabinfl
I have Amazon Prime (and BOY do I get my money's worth!), and I have had them tell me to keep an item I was returning (when it was their error -- wrong size or defective item or something) a couple of times, as well as offer free return shipping on something I ordered by mistake once or twice -- I think they have some leeway for good customers. By far the best Amazon story I have, and this will probably make us loyal customers for life, is when my husband returned a defective tape deck he'd purchased to transfer some of his old recordings (of his band & friends) onto his computer. He accidentally left a tape in the machine when he sent it back -- a one-of-a-kind, irreplaceable tape from his recording studio days. When he contacted Amazon and explained the situation, they found the tape at their return center and sent it back to him -- no charge! magnificent_baby
Amazon offers free return shipping on many shoes and clothing items. I've used it before and it was a very slick and easy process. If they have made an error (sent wrong item, damaged, defective etc.) then I refuse to pay shipping back, so they agree to or tell me to keep it. Estee Lauder is always free shipping and return shipping, I believe. If free return shipping isn't offered, I very rarely will order. Other places that frequently offer free shipping, and I will order because I can return in store, if needed: Famous Footwear,Target, Kohls, Lands End (at Sears), Old Navy, Children's Place. Yeah, I'm receive emails from my favorite shops when they offer free shipping and/or returns. But some shops offer it all year-round. Which is especially great. :)

I did this last week! They had a 70% off rack (from the sale price), I did a return and got another 10% off. I found some cute stuff for crazy cheap! YAY! I was so excited and my family was like... "Meh." :tongue_smilie:
SMRB
Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, Athleta, and Piperlime all have free return shipping now. You still have to have $50 most of the time to get free shipping when you order, but they changed the return policy to do free return shipping.
