macmacmoo
I'm writing out a lesson plan / curriculum to use with my boys this fall. They will be five and two. I'm thinking of offering some free printables and activities to go along with it. What are some of your favorite elements of a preschool curriculum? Mom-ninja.
What do you mean by elements? Are you asking for specific books, toys, etc. or for themes/subjects?
macmacmoo
More like printables. My older one likes do-a-dot pages, mazes, three part cards, and games. I figured if I was going to take the time to make up those for each of our themes, that adding a few others wouldn't take too much more time. And activities The little one likes music, movement, and exploration. So I have some gross motor skill activities and sensory bins planed for him. kristi26
My kids love all games. Games are the only way DD and I got through kindergarten. DS3 also really likes the fine motor skills games we do together. I have him moving buttons from one bowl to another with tweezers, digging through a container of rice to find hidden objects, etc. You could easily relate those games to a theme each week I bet! :)
LaCEmom
Playdoh mats have been popular here, in addition to the things already listed.
