Guest JC123
My son is going to be 9th grader. He took Chemistry this year using Plato in combination with Apologia, not quite challenging enough and not enough exercises. He will most likely take AP Chemistry from PA HOmeschoolers in his 10th grade. He is most likely going to be in the major of science and engineering in hopefully one of the top universities. He has strong math from AOPS finished Algebra 1 and 2 and Geometry. He will take Pre-calculus in his 9th grader. I am considering for him to take Physics (first time) from https://webstore.kineticbooks.com/index.php/cPath/31. should he take the Conceptual Physics? I am not sure where he can take AP Physics in the future. Any suggestions? More importantly, I am looking for a challenging and interesting Biology for his first time review in 9th grader. He does not like Thinkwell format much. There is a site called Fascinating Biology I found from Homeschoolgroupsco-op - any experience or comments on it? Eventually in 10th or 11th grader, he will most likely take AP Biology from PA Homeschoolers. But for 9th grader, I am not sure which one he should take. Your suggestions please. Thanks in advance. This site is so helpful to us. Blessings.
