Amanda_Jo
Are the teacher guides necessary? Or are they just answer keys? Thanks!
TraceyS/FL
From what I have gathered it depends on the grades you are looking at using.
Amanda_Jo
I'm looking at 5th through 7th. I think we'd start with Anne of Green Gables. Rather than just choose one year, I thought I'd pick and choose books based on interest and the history time period we will be studying. Freckles
I purchased The Trojan War and Robin Hood with the Lit Guides. The teacher's guide has the questions, answers for the workbook, as well as the quizzes and answer keys. It also lets you know what concepts will be tested. It's worth it for me. My dd will be a 7th grader, and she will take the tests over the content. I hope that helps.
TheAutumnOak
For those grades, if you were looking to only get 1, I would get the teacher's guides...You can always ask the questions orally, but it would be difficult to do without the answer book...
