MUS & LOF

Those of you who use these two together..... Do you skip around in LOF since

MUS is taught in such a different order than average curriculums? OR how do you

do them together?

We do Math-U-see four days a week (Monday -Thursday), and LOF on Friday. Our Friday math is officially called Friday Math Fun (FMF). My son loves the way we do it this year, and he wants same thing for the next school year.

Are you ever learning concepts in LOF that you have not covered yet in MUS?

We used Lof Fractions last year with MUS Epsilon and there was a time we had to close the LOF book until we went over that material in MUS. We are using LOF as supplement and not our main math. This year we did well over half of MUS Zeta before starting LOF decimals and percents that way we will not have the same issue as last year. We just the LOF book so I don't know how this will be this time.
