5LittleMonkeys Posted April 9, 2013 Share Posted April 9, 2013 I know many probably already know about this but I just remembered it (I've had it bookmarked for awhile) and had dd15 start a literary essay on Hamlet today. Good grief...what took her a week to agonize over - coming up with a thesis, organizing her thoughts, and writing a rough draft of her 1st body paragraph - only took her about 30 minutes to actually do today using this essay lab. Dd writes really well, but getting her going with ideas and organization are like pulling teeth...I foresee much smoother waters ahead utilizing this simple but effective tool.
