I thought I'd let everyone know about my experience ordering for the first time from Quality Science Labs yesterday. I ordered 5 kits and a new microscope, and realized afterward that we are leaving for a long trip in a week, and I was worried about the delivery time. I checked their web site and it said 4-5 days before they ship orders. Ooopss! I emailed them and explained my dilemma. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a polite email this morning saying they were shipping it out to me today with no delay. I was so relieved! I also appreciated it a lot.
