my poor daughter...

we haven't been to the doctor with her finger yet (might be broken...don't know yet), but she also had an eye appointment...her eyes have been bothering her when she reads...they get tired easily and she gets headaches. In order to be able to see everything the doctor wanted to see, he needed to run a test that would dialate her eyes for 2-3 days...he found nothing wrong...so we still don't know why she is getting headaches...AND now, for the next 2-3 days my reading, music playing, crafting, drawing daughter can't do any of that...she is unable to focus close...no school work either...but she can't do much of anything...she isn't to play outside for fear her depth perception will be off and she can crash her bike or something. She is pretty bummed....we have audio books, but other than that, I am not sure what she wil do for 2 days. She can watch TV....but she doesn't like to do that too long either.

it will be a long 2 days...but at least its ONLY 2-3 days.

yea....days are tough...hours are bad enough.

Her finger is probably going to be ok...we buddy taped it for now and if it's not feeling better in a week, we will need to see a specialist...hoping for the best there.

any other ideas for her for the next 2 days would be helpful!

I have to admit to being quite concerned. Your daughter had or has tingling, which is a major indicator of a problem. With potential nerve damage it seems terribly risky to just wait and see for a week.
