Now that baby is here we need to start planning the baptism. We will be feeding about 45-60 people. It'll be around 3pm, so we probably don't need to do a whole meal. Relatives will be coming from 3 hours away though, so we do need to provide something substantial. We will not have a kitchen available.

Thanks!

Get trays from a grocery store

3-6 big trays of vegetables with dipping

3-6 big trays of fruit with sweet dipping sauce

3-6 big trays of mediterranean food: hummus, baba ganoush, pita triangles, pretzel chips

1 big white cake

3 big trays of assorted cookies

1 big carafe of coffee

1 big carafe of decaf

1 big carage of hot water for tea

1 big container of lemonade

sparkling water

things like cream, teabags, lemon, sugar

flowers & vases

get it all delivered from the grocery store; it's not expensive to have it delivered

and you save yourself a headache carrying everything into and out of your car.

Do you have a sweet tomatoes by you? I'd look into having them cater it. They do a FANTASTIC job.

Otherwise, given the time frame, maybe chips/dip, crackers and cheese and such, muffins, cookies, and cake. With punch and iced tea. That would be the least expensive and none of it would require refrigeration.
