combining SL C and SOTW 2

So I have both of these and was wanting to combine them but which do you think would be easier, filling in SOTW to fit the sonlight schedule or just plugging in the history books from Sonlight into SOTW (I haven't gotten far enough to see if they are all in the AG). Thanks :)

SL B goes along with SOTW 1 and SL C goes through part of SOTW 2. I have SL C lined up with SOTW 2 on my blog. I am link it later if that's what you are looking for...

Yes, we used SOTW 1 with Core B and SOTW 2 with Core C. They went together well. I made SOTW the spine instead of Children's History of the World. We did 1-2 weeks of SOTW a week (there are more SOTW chapters than SL weeks so a couple I doubled up). We usually picked one activity from the activity guide to go with it. We did all the other reading from SL as listed. I occasionally did move a reader around to fit better with what we were doing in SOTW, but usually it worked fine. And if it didn't perfectly line up I didn't worry too much.

 

In the summer after I read the CHOW chapters to them as review. It worked well.

I read this earlier this morning and could not figure out why you were trying to use SOTW 1 with Core C but I was really too exhausted to think it through because littlest ds is cutting teeth. It makes much mroe sense now, lol!
