HappyGrace
Anything else work? The Dr. Scholl's freezing stuff? We also tried the Compound W medicated bandage things-they worked before for dd, but they slide off ds's sweaty feet. Would regular drops of Compound W work? Freckles
Get paint on wart medicine it will dry, and then you peel layers back. Get a RX for Aldera from your dr. and alternate with the paint on wart medicine. My kids are warty!
HappyGrace
Thanks, Freckles-what wart medicine do you recommend? I'm looking and the reviews for the Compound W fast-acting gel remover look good. What do you like?
jennynd
Those might not be warts. I can't remember what exactly what it calls, but it looks like warts but goes away in about 6 months
HappyGrace
They do seem to have the little black dots in them, like the online pictures of warts. They are pretty tiny though.
Lara in Colo
tea tree oil with band-aids over night, I think it took five treatments over three weeks to get a HUGE wart off of DD's ankle.
MomtoCandJ
When I had planters warts my parents used duct tape and garlic (frankly I think garlic did most of the work :) I had daily gym class at the time. Maybe hold the garlic on with an ace bandage? Or those duct tape bandaids
thessa516
I've had the best luck with fingernail polish! It sounds crazy, but it's working. Paint it on, let it dry. Reapply as needed (once a day or once every other day).
Jann in TX
Tea tree oil worked for us. Dab it on and cover with bandaids then put on socks. Keep on as long as possible (sweaty feet here too!). Wart free in a week or so.
Miss Peregrine
We used apple cider vinegar. Took about 2 weeks.
EthiopianFood
Inside of a banana peel. Rub in on twice a day. I had a medication-resistant wart for 12 years. It was smaller within three days, maybe two weeks to make sure it was completely gone. I'm not kidding.
RanchGirl
We used apple cider vinegar for warts on my son's feet - one small and one rather large. I pulled off the cotton end of a q-tip and soaked it in apple cider vinegar, then put it on the wart with a bandaid over top. Once a day for about two weeks and they were completely gone. He complained about the smell a bit but that was his only complaint.
Laura Corin
We used banana skin, applied with a bandage to the area over night and removed during the day. With both boys, the warts finally popped out. Laura
Zebra
We tried EVERYTHING and finally tea tree oil worked. It will take awhile, several or many weeks.
