brendag Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 My 5 year old daughter loves it! Woo hoo! She is so happy that she has a building set with a book! I don't know if it will last with her or not, but that's ok. I'm fine with supporting a young female entrepreneur in the process. :) http://www.goldieblox.com/ Quote
amydavis Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 I had heard of this at some point...and then forgot! Thanks for reminding me! I think this would be fun for dd8. Quote
brendag Posted March 15, 2013 Author Posted March 15, 2013 I think it might have to come down in price to be successful, but Lego is overpriced in my opinion and we still have a ton of those. :) My dd doesn't even really care for the Lego Friends line so the fact that she is even playing with this at all is making me happy. ETA: I had forgotten about these as well. I bought them when they were showing them at Kickstarter months ago. Quote
ebrindam Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 Is the sloth as odd looking in real life as it looks on the website? (Just ordered for DD but not convinced it is as cute as it could have been....) Quote
EthiopianFood Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 How many different activities are indicated in the book? Quote
