abc123mom Posted March 15, 2013 Share Posted March 15, 2013 I too am looking to get a 1/2 credit for my dd in Computer Science-I see most of the recommendations on the other thread mention PC courses- Does anyone have suggestions for courses that might cover the same topics but use Mac computers. Mom22ns Posted March 15, 2013 Share Posted March 15, 2013 I'm not sure which other thread you are referring to. What type of course do you want. We are a Mac family with 6 macs for 4 people. There is one pc in the closet that can be access by network if someone needs it for testing. Ds has done Lego Mindstorms, Alice, Intro to Computer Science, and is now doing a Python course. The only classes I see that are computer science and PC only are a few of the homeschool oriented ones that we wouldn't use anyway :).
