Where to buy Warriner's English Grammar?

I found one at a used book sale at a library. This is the one I have, fifth course, isbn 0153119047. I once typed up the table of contents:

At that sale or a similar one, I found a 7th grade text, called Words and Ideas (7), The Macmillan English Series, by Thomas Clark Pollock and Robert W. Rounds -- I think this is it on Amazon, but no copies are for sale there. Here is its TOC:

Okay, now I'm confused as to what grade level the different courses correspond to. Are you supposed to do all of them?

My dd's classical school does them for 3 years then change from a literature, composition, grammar class with a separate history to a humane letters class. They start with the one I linked then do course 1 and 2.

First Course is for 7th grade, Second Course for 8th, and so on, till Fifth Course, which is for 11th, and finally, the Complete Course, which is for 12th-adult.
