hsbeth
Could I get some feedback on this piece written by my dd in 11th. As background, she is my STEM oriented child and writing has not been one of her stronger subjects. We're endeavoring to work hard at this year as she plans to take English 101 and 102 via dual-enrollment at the local uni. as 12th grader next year. Prompt: Describe the use of darkness both in the book's title and as a symbol throughout the text. What does darkness represent? Is its meaning constant or does it change? I think it needs work, but am not sure exactly what I'm not liking about it. She's definitely made progress through her drafting/editing processes.
