DD6 is 80lbs and around 50 inches tall. Her public school classroom has agreed to allow her to use an exercise ball in the class. Her tables are kid sized for kindergarteners.

I see that there are 4 different style of bases

The round tube style--looks like a letter 'O' shaped balloon (some are inflatable/some are solid plastic)and the ball sits on top.

The dish style--sits flat on the floor and the ball sits loose inside the dish

Ring with wheels with no back on it

Ring with wheels and a back.

Also,

How do I determine size?

Any ideas?

We have the one with wheels and a back. It helps re-enforce his posture. I think mine is for a 55cm ball. I can use it but it is a little small for me. What is the table/desk height? If you get that I can measure ours and see if it will fit.

I have to wait a few days to find out table height. They are going to have her do some work on a computer using Star Fall during the other kids reading time and she will use the chair during those times. I am not certain which table this will be at until her teacher returns from jury duty, which will be sometime this week. There are several tables in her classroom of varying heights.

Ours would fit a 24inch table. I have it a 30inch/standard dining room table and it is a little short for it but DS will grow.
