Blueridge Posted March 11, 2013 Share Posted March 11, 2013 Although I'm not low-carbing, I probably should be...so my version may not be what you are seeking. It is, however, delicious. In my Vitamix I blend 1 cup water and a small handful of raw almonds (or a cup of prepared almond milk if it's on hand) and a scoop of unsweetened coconut. Blend till smooth, then I add 1 scoop of chocolate A. Grass and a scoop of Designer Whey Gourmet Chocolate (the one sweetened with stevia), a TB of peanut butter, and a few ice cubes and blend again.
