sueh16
We're using AAS right now and I am thinking of switching to the How to Spell workbooks. Do I really need the manual since I am already familiar with the OG approach? Thanks, Sue
Chelli
If you want to know what to do on the pages and to have the dictation sentences and spelling words, then, yes, you do. ;) It's the How to Spell workbooks that are optional since the TM shows how to set up a spelling workbook just using a notebook in the very first pages. Jen500
I don't think you absolutely need it, but it does have cumulative dictation (spelling words, phrases and sentences) by level. The spelling rules and exercises are right in the workbook.
lorisuewho
I would say "Yes, you need the manual." Much of the program is in it.
boscopup
Yes, you need the manual. The workbooks are optional.
Elfknitter.#
The workbooks are what helped me figure out the manual, but the manual is what has the content of the program. My vote is for both, but to answer your question, yes get the manual.
