Even if your DD loves to read I would stick with only one literature course and let the rest of her reading be her own choice. Two lit courses seems stifling to me, and I love to read. And I don't see why you need to outsource more with an 11yo, but that's JMHO. :-) I'd probably go with the literature class. The Potters School class sounds sort of like overkill to me. Honestly, I'd probably only pay that much for one class until I was certain my DC would do well with that type of a class.
