KRG
My plan is to make chicken and dumplings but what I want to do is call dh and ask him to bring dinner home.
Lily_Grace
Tonight was a green salad, wild&long grain rice cooked in chicken broth, and panko-breaded chicken. :)
BarbecueMom
I need to use up the mushrooms and last week's peppers, so I'm attempting to recreate Denny's "Santa Fe Skillet" - chorizo, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, diced potatoes, cheese, and scrambled eggs. I'll probably throw a bit of Cajun seasoning in there as well.
Mergath
Blackened salmon, green beans, and a rice/wild rice combo.
jen3kids
Spahgetti with meat sauce - I'm hiding spinach, onion, peppers and mushroom puree in the sauce this time. It's a bit darker than normal (too much spinach), but I'm hoping I can pass it off as a new recipe and they'll still eat it! It is quite tasty, even if I do say so myself!
