reading/phonics games for dyslexia

DS is 4.5 and is showing signs that he might have dyslexia. What are some simple games we can play to make learning to read easier?

Check out Reading Reflex. That was a fun book with my younger kids. It wasn't games, per se, but moving letter tiles around to make new words, along with Bingo games.

4.5 is very young to have signs.
