AngieW in Texas
I love the wholly guacamole salsa verde, but I would love to find something healthier to dip into it than chips. Any suggestions?
Dandelion
You could try red or green pepper slices, or carrot sticks. As long as the salsa is super yummy, I find that I don't miss the chips as much. ;)
LucyStoner
We do bell peppers, celery and carrots. Also, guacamole with some veggies and cheese all wrapped up in romaine lettuce makes a nice lunch.

tearose
I make chips by spraying a tiny bit of oil (using one of those oil mister bottles) onto corn tortillas (cut into triangles). Then I just bake until crisp. I think that it's healthier than even buying baked chips. The only downside is that they don't keep very well with so little oil. lavender's green
Use it as salad dressing. I do this because salsa doesn't stick to veggies very well when you dip, so I'd rather dump it on my veggies and eat with a fork.
SailorMom
I LOVE dipping jicama in everything :)
Cinder
Would it be socially unacceptable to just eat it off a spoon? I think it would be unacceptable for, say, ketchup. But a special guac could be like eating ice cream. Scoop it into a small bowl and just savor it! ETA: Oops! I just noticed it's salsa not guac. How about some pita wedges, then? Orthodox6
Cut a block of fat-free cheese into sticks. Reduced-sodium, baked potato chips -- ?

FWIW, I fry corn tortillas in olive oil - my kids need the good fat.

gaillardia
Tear up pita after splitting them, we bake them again for 6-8 minutes at 350, season with garlic powder, onion powder, spike, etc. or nothing. We dip them in lots of things, salsa, guacamole, especially tzitziki (I know I spelled it wrong -- its a yogurt cucumber dip).
