Lily_Grace Posted February 9, 2013 Share Posted February 9, 2013 Wow. The responses here are surprising me. I guess I can do anything I want, as noisly as I want, when I want. He could have been reasonable and cleaned off his drive at 7pm the evening before when all of the rest of the neighborhood was doing it. He was home. My dh leaves for work as early as he does, but we consider our neighbor needs before firing up the noisest piece of machinery and waking everyone up. We do know him, he is the jerk of the neighborhood. I wouldn't put it past him to do it at that time because it irritates everyone.
