rgrin
... that the bowls he nested in the dishwasher did NOT come clean? Just like he was surprised last time that the too-tall cup he placed SIDEWAYS in the dishwasher didnt get clean inside! Deep breath. That is all. dirty ethel rackham
I feel your pain. It is an almost daily experience in our house.
misty.warden
Sounds like time for a physics lesson tie in!
thescrappyhomeschooler
I feel your pain. It is an almost daily experience in our house. Same here. Most often with the spoons. If you cram all of the same sized spoons into the same slot in the silverware holder, they are going to nest and not get clean.
rgrin
The sad part is that the "him" I refer to changes day-by-day, but all three have been guilty (and surprised) on multiple occasions!
skeeterbug
And he then has to wash said dishes by hand, right? ;)
Murphy101
Ugh. And as tho that isn't bad enough. A different son doesn't notice they are dirty and puts them away nasty. Welcome to the real Hell's Kitchen. 3 times a day. Every day. *pulling hair out*

Ewe Mama
I was just going to ask if the "him" in question was your dh or your son...but I kept reading. They never develop common sense about certain things, do they?
