I'm going to start the 200 sit-up challenge (really they are crunches) on Monday. http://www.twohundredsitups.com/ Chime in if you want to join in. I have to be doing them wrong, because I have the weakest core of any human being I've ever met. I can't barely do any traditional situps. Posted February 4, 2013 Share Posted February 4, 2013 Just popping in to say that I am glad to see this challenge is really for crunches not situps (which have been proven ineffective in proving to be a good core exercise). I did 72 and then died. :svengo: So I started at week 3, which was okay.. until the very last set. After that I realized I’d much rather start at week 1. So Tuesday I will start on week one.. day two..column three. I will do Sun, Tues, Thursday.. I know I should have waited until tomorrow..but I wanted to start today.
