Let's not debate exercise in this thread, please.

 

I'm going to start the 200 sit-up challenge (really they are crunches) on Monday. http://www.twohundredsitups.com/

 

Chime in if you want to join in. If there is some other exercise you want to do for six weeks and you want some accountability, join in as well!

 

I'll try to post an accountability thread every M,W,F. Jump in!!

I just tried to see how many situps I can do and I can do a lot more than I thought. I have to be doing them wrong, because I have the weakest core of any human being I've ever met. I can't barely do any traditional situps.

 

I'd like to join the challenge and then do it as push-ups, like someone else posted, but I think I may be cheating.

I will! I am going to count the reps of non-crunch ab moves I do as well. Insanity Cardio Abs is a killer workout with nary a crunch to be seen. :tongue_smilie:

Okay I did the test. I did 72 and then died. :svengo: So I started at week 3, which was okay.. until the very last set. After that I realized I’d much rather start at week 1. So Tuesday I will start on week one.. day two..column three. I will do Sun, Tues, Thursday..

 

I know I should have waited until tomorrow..but I wanted to start today. So yeah, I did almost two hundred sit-ups..ugh!! :laugh:

 

I can’t do push-ups, so I am not going there… :tongue_smilie:
