Guest
I need to find an eyeliner that doesn't rub off into a line on my upper eyelid. I have been trying to go more minimal and natural in my makeup, but the eyeliner has been rubbing into a nice line, and it's very noticeable since I stopped wearing eyeshadows. I was using a primer for awhile, but even that wasn't working well. So, I could use suggestions for a primer that will really set the liner, or a liner that doesn't transfer. Ideas?
