kfeusse
I want to make a corn casserole, but the only ones I can find that use the corn bread and sour cream also all for both regular corn and creamed corn from a can....and all I have is frozen corn. Does anybody know if I can make that corn casserole with just regular corn...OR do you have a great corn casserole recipe (I need to take a veggie dish to a potluck and corn would fit in really well) that i can use?? thanks. Farrar
You could sub cornmeal, flour and baking powder for the cornbread mix. Maybe some extra milk for the creamed corn?
Beth S
I would think that if you heated up the frozen corn to room temp, you should be able to substitute it for the cans.

Sounds yummy!
