1bassoon Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 I have a daughter - who shall remain nameless ;) - who insists on using hair gel to attach sequins to her ears for earrings. That worked fine for ballet performances, but it looks a little silly, and I need to gently help her to see that. She doesn't have pierced ears, and doesn't want them (not a family rule - her younger sisters have pierced ears), but is starting to take more care about how she looks. Are there some good magnetic-backed earrings, or other solution, that I can purchase and give to her as a hint? Anyone got a lead? Thanks! Quote
Jean in Newcastle Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 Dd got some she liked at Claires. Quote
In the Rain Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 My dds feel the magnetic ones squeeze their ears too tightly. They found some really cute clip-on earrings at Claires. They are dangly, and nicer than what I expected to be able to find. My youngest wore them so much that her ear lobes started to show signs of irritation though. We ended up getting her ears pierced.
