Living Memory - binder organization help

Okay, so I have had Andrew Campbell's 'Living Memory' for AT LEAST a year and just now read the introduntion where he recommends having a binder to store/organize memory work. Sounds lovely in theory; have any of you actually DONE this?! Does it work?! I do really like the idea of it and want to put one together to try, but thought I'd get some Hive Mind feedback/encouragement first. : ) If you DO have a memory binder, would you please share any thoughts/tips/tricks that you have with this 'Memory Binder Novice'? And, if you have noticed any drawbacks or have a better way to organize memory work those thoughts would be welcome, too!

Thank you!

I wrote some about my binder in my Circle Time post. I'll quote the relevant part below:

I utilize the Simply Charlotte Mason Memory Work system, but I use a notebook, not a box. Boxes with cards aren't accommodating to long poems or Bible selections. It would also require three copies of the same things as my children aren't always working on the same selections at the same time. Finally, they are much more likely to be spilled and spread about all around the school room. Ask me how I know.

We do our Circle Time approx 4 days a week, so I created this chart. I number each grouping of Memory Work, then put the numbers on that chart. You can see pictures from my notebook here.

Ladydusk & Phoenix - THANK YOU!!! Both were exactly what I needed/was looking for! I always appreciate pictures as I am very visual. ; )

Phoenix: THAT is the link I saw last year when I first "discovered" 'Living Memory' but I had NO IDEA how I found it, what it was called, or where to begin looking. THANK YOU!!! : )

Aw, thanks Scout! I was thinking about asking you how it was going the other day.

Still typing Bible verses into Word to get our whole box moved to the notebook, but it works great so far. It is nice to have it al in one place and protected by plastic!

DD has suggested several things she'd like to memorize! :D

I copied and pasted into Word from an internet source ... we use the ESV translation, so I copied from there. But you could use Bible Gateway. Then, no typing, just formatting :)
