spelling and grammar help

My 4th grader has finished his spelling and grammar for the year. Problem is, I promised dh I wouldn't spend any more money on homeschooling stuff until June. His sister had used consumables that year so I don't have anything appropriate lying around. Does anybody have any links for free stuff?

Here's one for spelling: Big IQ Kids Word Lists. You could have your ds alphabetize the words, divide them into syllables, add suffixes/prefixes to them, write a sentence with each one,

 

I would't worry about grammar (other than to make sure he uses correct grammar when he writes and speaks).
