EthiopianFood
Who does this and why? Did you start LC due to a health condition? Should I be concerned about complications?? I am planning on a Raw Meal diet, and assume it will function like LC. I've done LC several times before, but worry deep down that I might break an organ for some reason or something. :bored: http://gardenoflife.com/Products-for-Life/Foundational-Nutrition/RAW-Meal.aspx
justamouse
I went low carb because I had to. No other choice. It was either that or diabetes meds. I could not control my sugar. Now it's all good!
Lynnae
I got diagnosed with diabetes. Too many carbs send my blood sugar through the roof.
LibraryLover
I would not bother with any supplements. Go low carb with whole foods. Good eggs, real meat, good whole/no carbs etc
EthiopianFood
I would not bother with any supplements. Go low carb with whole foods. Good eggs, real meat, good whole/no carbs etc I'm a vegetarian, so low carb is difficult that way. I have had a harder time losing weight just by counting calories as I have gotten older, but found (artificial) low carb has worked. I don't at all feel I need to do this to MAINTAIN, though(lucky me). And most importantly, I just need something easy right now or it isn't going to get done. This product is actually all veggies, fruits, nuts, etc. and doesn't even have a vitamin supplement in it, so I'm pleased to have found it! My ideal diet would actually be Eat to Live. :) I'm hoping to make that happen with a garden this summer, because it is not at all in the budget. At all. PrincessMommy
I started because I was overweight and have tried to maintain for 11 yrs (this month!) because i discovered I had food allergies tpo. I feel so much better when I'm LC. Like Wendy, I'm not always strict about it, and I usually pay for it.
