shadah Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 Which Fibel? I have been looking at several, but can't decide. Has anyone ever bought the teacher's manual? Does anyone know which use a more whole language method? I've heard this is the trend now. I can't imagine why when German is quite phonetic. It is so frustrating looking at Amazon. If I could look at it in person I would know if it would work for us. Quote
Matryoshka Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 My dd's Sat. School used Klett's Kunterbunt Fibel for 1st grade. I thought it was quite good. It also has supplemental readers and a phoneme chart (I think if you order the books, there might be a small one included so you don't have to buy the poster). Quote
pmeilaen Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 I love the Tobi Fibel. This is my fourth child I'm using it with. I use the "Fibel", the "Arbeitsbuch" and the cursive workbook. I've had great success with them. Quote
