ladydusk
Each week I "Follow" the Book a Week thread (like this one) as soon as I find it and long before I usually post in it. I notice that once I do post, it "unfollows" automatically and I have to go back and "Follow" again. Am I doing something wrong?
nmoira
No, it doesn't work correctly.
ladydusk
Thanks. I thought maybe I was losing it.
melbotoast
I always forget to do this, but when you post in the thread there's a box you can check to follow it. But you have to remember to check it every time you post!
nmoira
I always forget to do this, but when you post in the thread there's a box you can check to follow it. But you have to remember to check it every time you post! Unless you're on mobile, in which case it doesn't matter what you check. If you're subscribed, it will sometimes unsubscribe you when you post again, and there's no way to re-follow a thread without posting again. I wish they'd gone with vBulletin and Tapatalk; at least Tapatalk has basic functionality nailed. I'm responding from mobile, so there will be a 50% chance I'll be unsubscribed from this thread upon posting. :p

nmoira
I am working on getting a new mobile app soon. I will see if there is anything we can do in regards to the subscribe/unsubscribe issue. Yay! If I know there's hope, I won't gripe. Promise. :D (And yes, I was unsubscribed when I made the post above  )
