FairProspects
I know that All About Learning Press has tabled their app for now, but Sound Literacy has created one. It is crazy expensive, but is incredible!! It has completely removed the barrier of writing in AAS for my younger. They are working on making the tiles say their sound when pressed - I assume that will be an update when available. I know lots of people were wanting an AAS app, so I thought others might like to know!

FairProspects
This is the Ipad App. It looks like they also have a web app, but I haven't tried that. They do have a Facebook page you can like to stay updated on their releases.
nukeswife
I just downloaded this. I wish there was a way to rearrange where they put the tiles or delete ones we don't use. Maybe there is and I just don't know how.
FairProspects
I haven't figured out how to delete tiles, but I'm not sure I'd want to. We haven't gone all the way through the AAS sequence yet, so I don't know all the tiles we'll need. You could try sending an email to the App developer. They may have an answer for you. DragonflyAcademy
Oh this looks great.. is it as wonderful as it looks?? They have You Tube videos on how to use the app... I wish there was a try before you buy.. as it is so costly..

We're only on level 4, but I know I'd never need an "ANK" tile because with AAS that would be and "a" and the "nk" team. I'm not worried about deleting them because I could always make a new one if I wanted since you can add your own tiles.
FairProspects
Yeah, I don't know. It was designed to work for a multitude of OG programs including Barton & Wilson as well, so I think some of those tiles are just due to the variations in OG programs. nukeswife
Well I sent an email to them via the website and within 5 minutes I got a response. He said they are working on a Sound Literacy Pro App (which it seems current owners would be upgraded to) that will is adding in the ability to add or delete tiles as well as to make your own groups/sets. He also said they were planning on putting in student profiles which would be awesome. He asked what program I was using the app with and if there were any other suggestions or features I'd like to see. So if anyone has any ideas or thoughts, go ahead and email them in. OrdinaryTime
Thanks for sharing! My bil moved into our school room this fall, and I lost access to our big whiteboard. We've been doing the program without the tiles, but I know the kids will love this!

TeachingMyTwo
I just bought the webapp via their website (no ipad at the moment) and cannot even log on. i try to log in and it says I am not yet a user, although I got a confirmation "thank you for joining" type email after I paid. I tried to reply to their admin(at)soundliteracy.com email but it bounced. hmmmmm...
