susancollins Posted January 6, 2013 Share Posted January 6, 2013 To make this I used 2 pounds of London Broil and I trimmed all of the fat off. I cut up 5 organic carrots, 1 onion, 2 celery hearts, 2 medium potatoes. I use 1-4 ounce can of mushrooms. You take a 1/4 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of water, and a teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and make a gravy mixture. You coat the roast with gravy. Then you add in carrots, celery, onion, and potatoes that have been diced up. The mushrooms are the final thing you add. I am baking a 350. I am going to cook for 2 hours.
