Structure & Method/ Dolciani - quick question

So someone gave me "Mathematics Strucure and Method" Teacher's Edition Course 1 & Course 2 - Dolciani et al. c1992

 

What level of math are these? If I used these what could I follow-up with for other math levels?

It seems that little about these books has been digitized.

I did find a reference to them in this interesting course outline. They are using Course 1 for 7th grade and Course 2 for Pre-Algebra. Then into Foerster Algebra 1, Jacobs Geometry, Foerster Algebra 2
