morningcoffee
can someone can give me a link to a recipe website where you can exclude ingredients? Thanks
Lady Marmalade
www.allrecipes.com and www.food.com both have recipe sifting options. You can search for a recipe for something like Baked Pork Chops, and then a list of matching recipes will pop up. On food.com there is an option to "narrow search" and then you can add a filter and exclude particular ingredients. On allrecipes, you do your initial search, and then off to the left there is an option to search further by ingredient. When you click on that it pulls up a tool where you can search for particular ingredients, or exlude particular ingredients. I use both sites quite a bit. ETA: If you don't mind sharing, what are your new dietary requirements? Maybe people here will have suggestions for particular sites that deal with those restrictions. athena1277
Living Without has lots of recipes for people with various food allergies/intolerances. What do you have to exclude from your diet?
morningcoffee
Thanks! I will check out those websites. I would like to exclude wheat, corn, nuts, lentils and limit dairy and beans (IB issues). I would need to have recipes that are low IG and low fat.
