Deb in NZ
I have a new breadmaker & am looking for new recipes to try. I've had a breadmaker for years, but had gotten into the habit of just making dough in it & baking in the oven as the seal on the breadmaker pan began to leak a couple years ago. We'd had the machine about a decade & it got a lot of use. With the new breadmaker I can again bake in the machine. I've just used the basic white recipe & it's been well received, but I want to try some other recipes for variety. My breadmaker makes 3 size loaves (500g, 750g, & 1kg). I have on hand three 5kg bags of high grade (white) flour, some wheatmeal flour, & about 2kg rolled oats. I have a variety of sugars (honey, golden syrup, treacle, white sugar, brown sugar, etc.) I'd like a bread good for slicing for toast & a few new recipes for rolls, etc. that I could shape & bake in the oven.
