New Year goals support thread?

I hate making resolutions and inevitably forgetting them until December. Would anyone be interested in a discussion "group" for sticking with our resolutions? Mine have more to do with mental and physical health but it would be nice to be accountable to someone else. I was thinking of setting weekly goals, like exercise 30 minutes or cut out all caffeine. Anyone? Bueller?

I have never been into "resolutions" but for some reason this year I have been really analyzing this last year and would like to set some goals for next year, I actually came up with a lot in a lot of different areas of my life. I would be interested.
