Silver_Kitten Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 My daughter does best when she has a schedule, so I've been trying to figure out a fairly good schedule for next year. I'm running in to the problem of doing to much in one day or I have times really off. So I'm asking if anyone could help maybe show me different ways of scheduling our school work, or perhaps I'm missing something. We do very simple things at 11 am, with the bulk of school work.from 1 pm to 6 pm. We do take breaks after she finishes things so these are just rough times. She reads a lot in her free time. I'm still not sure if I want to do Essentials in Writing or IEW. fluffybunny Posted December 31, 2012 Posted December 31, 2012 That looks great: :001_smile: touch typing is such an important, and often overlooked, skill. So many adults are stuck on 2 finger typing and will have a hard time changing. Hence, typing assignments in the higher grades or university would be a very tiring activity, and it's easy to see why they would give up. Quote
