I did not purchase anything, but when I went to my youtube channel on my PC, I saw Ice Age and Planet Earth were marked that I had bought them. I did see them on my tablet in the movie app section that came with my Nexus. They were on there from the beginning--No one has opened them to watch or done anything with them When I try to report it to youtube, I get a message that says there was a problem trying to submit my complaint and try again later. I keep trying, but no access! Any ideas? Keep trying? should I handle it via my PC or on the tablet? So frustrating. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
