chocoholic
Anyone have one at home and use it regularly? Have you seen results in your fitness level?
Meriwether
My sister wants one. She did women's crew in college. Have you ever used one before? I guarantee that if you use one correctly and often you will become more fit. It is very taxing physically. My sister often threw up after using them when they were timing splits. That probably isn't what you wanted to hear. You don't have to work that hard, but you can get a very good workout from a rowing machine. SevenDaisies
They are tough. I do 30 minutes a day on the elliptical or treadmill, but I can't stay on the rowing machine for more than 10 minutes. It's a great all over body workout. Hope to add one to the home gym soon.
