Dh bought me one of those triple crock pots for my birthday. It came with a broken knob, which I was going to get from the manufacturer, but dh decided to see if Amazon could take care of it. They ended up giving us a full refund for the item because they couldn't replace it. So we ended up with a $95 crock pot for free because of a broken $3 knob. Yay! And the manufacturer is sending the knob for free.
