Arcadia
B&N have FLL, WWE and SOTW. You might want to see if that is what you like for Language arts and History. If she has any special interest you can also let her pick up some books that cater to her interest.
jenbrdsly
Do you already have Story of the World? I have a ton of Afterschooling ideas on my blog btw. Good luck!
EKS
For afterschooling, I'd use MCT for grammar, Singapore for math, and SOTW for history. If you want to do writing as well, I'd use WWE. And I'd read lots of good books aloud.
Roadrunner
We use MCT for grammar, SM and BA for math, SOTW and Little History of the World (this one is a read aloud) for history but no formal writing program. Instead, I ask my kids to summarize couple times a week passages from their reading and I pick beautiful sentences from literature they are reading for dictation. We also use SOTW extensively for summarizing practice as well. You can also use MEP (excellent math program that's free online).
